RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 calendar days from the purchase of the product.
After 15 days from your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and with all its labels.

Refunds
Once the merchandise is received and inspected, your return will be processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned.
We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
You will also receive an email informing you when the refund has been made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or card again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Sale items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes
If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a sizing error, please email us at info@claplix.com or use the form at the bottom of this page.
The exchange process begins with sending your item to:

Once we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will inform you that we will replace the product, but the cost of shipping the new product will be the responsibility of the buyer unless it is picked up at our facilities.
Personalized items with name and number cannot be changed, unless it is proven that there is a manufacturing or text error.
Shipment
All shipments of exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Both those of returning the product to our facilities, and that of receiving the new product.
Unless there is a product failure where once it has been verified that this is the case, both will be the responsibility of the company.

Shipping costs are not refundable .
If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs for the exchanged product are also always borne by the buyer.
A shipment will be issued with postage due, so the customer pays for it upon receipt of their product.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If shipping an item over €80, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
